land of the morning calm

sorry for the lack of updates, i've been super busy preparing to move to korea and now i'm finally here! okay, maybe 'move' isn't really the right word because i'm actually just here on exchange for a few months, but i'm still really stoked!

i can't wait to explore seoul, with it's crazy subway system, little cafes and shops and yummy food and i also can't wait to take lots of photos and share them here. stay tuned!

Today I rewatched Star Wars: The Phantom Menance and have come to the conclusion that many aliens from the galaxy Far, Far Away like to wear bell-bottom pants.

riding the bus

last thursday i took a bus for the first time in ages (i usually prefer the mrt). it was almost empty so i had fun sitting by the window and snapping photos. think i've discovered a new hobby AND a new reason to like taking the bus!

hmm perhaps i should have started off with a photo of the sea, that would have been more apt. oh well, there are other kinds of seas - a sea of flowers, for example!
